Commander of a tactical Polizei unit, called the Vampires. Served from Precinct, on the Midtown Plate of the Euro super city, TenPin. (basically a ripoff of Sinister Dexter's Downlode.) From a comic idea called "Low Orbit Groove", which was a re-commissioned satellite for a pirate radio station. Think William Gibson's Neuromancer world, crossed with Sinister Dexter's writing with Jet Set Radio's punky anarchic musicy attitude. What a mess!
